Jazz Sketch Night #2

Went to sketch night at the Society last night, where I met up with the ever-delightful Stephen Gardner. It was such a treat to kick back and draw and have a beer with my favorite Englishman.

This is the preliminary drawing for a scratchboard I'll be working on over the weekend. It's a portrait of the band the White Stripes surrounded by birch trees.
